These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AnesthIQ, operated by Kavanah Medical PLLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AnesthIQ is an online question bank and study platform designed to help Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) candidates prepare for the National Certification Examination (NCE) and related board exams. The service provides access to practice questions, explanations, performance analytics, and related educational content on a subscription basis.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this service. By using AnesthIQ, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@anesthiq.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
AnesthIQ is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate displayed at checkout. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change with reasonable notice. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@anesthiq.com. There are no contracts or long-term commitments. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.
Due to the immediate digital nature of this product, refunds are not offered after access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue or believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@anesthiq.com and we will work to make it right.
All content on AnesthIQ — including questions, explanations, rationales, MD Corner entries, and Clinical Pearls — is the proprietary property of Kavanah Medical PLLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
AnesthIQ is an educational tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, or a substitute for professional judgment. The content is intended solely to assist with examination preparation and is not designed to direct patient care. Always follow your institution’s protocols and consult qualified professionals for clinical decisions.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular exam outcome will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kavanah Medical PLLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct we determine to be harmful to the service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the application. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.
